Finding the right cofounder is the recipe for a successful business. Henley Vazquez is the cofounder of FORA and shares her wisdom on finding the right partners to grow the business of your dreams. You have to find people that have different specialties and views, and somebody that you are comfortable arguing and being honest with because a good co-founder relationship is similar to a marriage.
